Alibaba & ADTO : Journey of Dreams.

On March 12th, 2015, ADTO and Alibaba jointly host“Alibaba Journey of Dreams” at ADTO headquarters, which Mr You Yanming, Chairman of ADTO, and Mr Tao Yangbo, president of ADTO had attached great importance. More than 100 famous E-business entrepreneurs gathered at ADTO Group to visit its offices and cultural ethics exhibitions, which demonstrated why ADTO could make such big success. Consecutive appraisals to ADTO’s wisdom of “Breaking and pioneering new ground” were subsequent to the visiting.

In 2013, Alibaba has put forward its new experiential training schedule of dream seeking bases in the center and west area of China to enable the superior e-businessmen to have a better growth by providing platforms to share and communicate. At present, there are about 12 bases founded in Hunan, all of which are Hunan local enterprises and companies. Since 2006, ADTO Group has started its cooperation with Alibaba on a full range of e-business mode to develop its global business. With an increased annually sales volume, ADTO has led the list of more than hundreds nominated enterprises and grabbed the reputation of Hundreds of Billions of E-businessman Award credited by Alibaba.

Accompanied by ADTO personnel, around 2 pm the entrepreneurs visited ADTO international trade center, domestic trade center and its cultural ethics corridor. Most of them were deeply impressed by ADTO’s exuberant corporate cultures showing from the Challenge Letters, the Smile Face Wall and the exhibition center. They said ADTO has already taken one step ahead of the peers and that’s the reason why it can achieve such stunning success.

In the afternoon, an experience sharing meeting was presided by Ms Guo Yuemei, head of ADTO Business College. She made a general statement of ADTO development history, which left a deep impression on the audience. Later, Mr You Yanming, Chairman of ADTO, gave a fantastic speech, sharing his experience accumulated for years starting from the company strategies, company administration to the construction of the corporate culture, in order to make it clear why ADTO becomes a well renowned brand across the land around the country.

Here is one emphasis in Mr You’s speech, i.e. the company strategy means the boss’s strategy, which determines the way how to fashion the future of the company. Covered by a complicated outlook, the methods to develop an enterprise are actually more than simpler. Take ADTO for example, all its devotions have been focused on developing the construction material products and providing one station service. Mr You believes that the key elements for an enterprise to succeed is to see if it sticks to its beliefs, if it has a grateful state of minds, if it has aggressive cultures; if the teams in the company are willing to learn, if they are wise enough to be well prepared to all potential changes and if they are strong enough to resurrect themselves from failures.

Subsequent to the experience sharing meeting, Ms Wu Yuan, GM of ADTO international trade center and Mr Gao Fanke, the international trade elite delivered an exchange and communication with all the entrepreneurs about the issues of marketing ways and the operations of international marketing websites. One of the enlightments put forward was that it is the strategic wisdom of the excellent entrepreneurs that makes them excellent. It is prevalently believed that ADTOers will contrive endless and authentic enlightening for the peer industry when they are hammering away at their unique development fashion.
